    F.A.Q.

Why this double serum needs to be dissolved first?

The ingredients in the Micro-Gem bioactive locker needs to be mixed with the serum liquid in order to give it a full play.

Why should it be used up within a month after dissolution?

The ingredients in both containers are very active, once they are dissolved, their bioactivity will drastically shorten.

Is it normal if there is some sediment after the dissolution?

Since we use bioactive technology, sometimes there will be some cell residue. This is normal, so don't worry.
